Really great service, item was t online in colour I would have liked sent an email and before I knew it it was ready to collect.
Best customer services I have received from a bike shop! Emailed about a set of hope wheels that said we're in stock on the website, as I didn't believe they would have them on hand... Minutes later email back saying they are in stock so ordered immediately, ordering wrong freehub body. Again not a problem for these guys, issue was sorted immediately again and received wheels next working day. Anywhere else had a 6 week wait. Top notch!
Tried a few places and they all said a long wait for the wheels even when they said "in stock". Wheelie actually had the 29er blue ones I wanted in stock and sent them the next day delivery. Just waiting for 27.5 ones to be in stock for my other bike then I'll buy those from Wheelie. With regard to the wheels they are quite heavy, but very strong as they survive the abuse my friend puts his through so I'm sure will be fine for me!!
