Book online

Pick a service, choose a date, tell us about your bike. Takes under a minute.

Drop off your bike

Bring it in at 10am on your booking day or the day before. We'll log it in and send you confirmation by SMS and email.

We get to work

Our mechanics inspect, photograph and work through your bike.

Approve any extras

If we find something beyond the booked service, we'll message or call you with options and a price first.

Full digital report

Once finished you'll get a written report with photos, an itemised invoice and any advisories.

Collect & ride

Pop in to collect or arrange delivery. We'll remind you when your next service is due.

Frequently asked questions

How long will my service take?

We aim to complete services or repairs on the day you booked. However it is common that bikes need parts to complete the service, if we don't have the part in stock it may take a few days to arrive. We'll give you a clear estimate when you book and update you if anything changes.

What if you find something else wrong with my bike?

We'll always contact you first by text or call you with photos, an explanation and a price before doing any extra work. Nothing happens without your approval.

Do you service every brand of bike?

Yes — we work on all major brands of mountain, road, gravel and e-bikes. If you're unsure, just give us a call before booking.

We do not service DIY ebikes or any bike we believe to be dangerous or illegal.

Do I need to bring anything with my bike?

Just the bike itself, plus the key, battery and charger if it's an e-bike. If there's a specific issue you've noticed, telling us about it at booking helps us prepare.

Can I get my bike collected and delivered?

Yes — we offer a collection and delivery service in the local area. You can select this option when booking online.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken when you collect, or we'll bring our card machine if dropping off. We'll send your full itemised invoice with the final report.
