What is Cycle to work?
Cycle to work is a government scheme that enables employees to save up to 42% off the price of a new bike.
This is achieved by dividing the cost of the bike over 12 monthly payments which come off your payslip before tax each month.
The slightly confusing part is that there are different companies that offer the scheme. This will depend on what your employer has chosen. The two most popular are Cyclescheme & Green Commute Initiative.
Step 1 - Pick Your Package

Use the calculators to check how much you can save.
Step 2 - Apply for Certificate
Your employer will review your application and pay for your Cyclescheme package. We'll then send you an eCertificate.
You can exchange your eCertificate for your gear in-store or online.
Step 3 - Ride Your new Bike!
Once you've received your bike you can go and enjoy riding it!
